Who hires our utes
Traffic management vehicle hire suits traffic management companies, contractors and utilities that have their own accredited traffic controllers but need more compliant vehicles — for a peak period, a long project, or while their own vehicles are off the road. We supply crews and vehicles to principal contractors, utilities and traffic management companies across South Australia.
The vehicle
Every ute in our fleet is a 2025 Mitsubishi Triton, fitted out as a traffic vehicle and Tier 1 compliant. We run nine of them from our depot in Wingfield. They are our own vehicles, maintained by us — not sourced in from somewhere else at the last minute.
Each hire ute comes fitted with:
- Roof-mounted arrow board
- Amber beacons and work lighting
- Mesh load cage
Across the fleet we also carry cones, signage and stands, reverse squawkers, and first aid and fire equipment. Tell us what your job needs and we will confirm exactly what goes out with the vehicle.
Hire periods
We hire by the day, the week or the month, so you can cover a single shift, a block of works or a longer contract without buying another vehicle. Rates depend on the period and what you need with the ute, so we quote each hire — send the dates and we will come back to you with a price.
Collection or delivery
You can collect the ute from our depot at 73 South Terrace, Wingfield, or we can deliver it to your site. We cover metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
Need the crew as well?
If you would rather not supply your own people, we can provide the whole package: accredited traffic control crews in our own vehicles, working to a Traffic Guidance Scheme prepared in-house under SA Traffic Management Designer licence 184-959. All 20 of our staff are directly employed and every member of our field team is DIT accredited.
